My name is Emily Kelly! I am a licensed cosmetologist located at Once Upon A Fade in Effingham, IL. My specialties include color, perms, natural curls, and nails! I love creating custom colors unique to each and every one of my clients! I also specialize in all kinds of curly hair! Natural curls are often overlooked in the cosmetology world, but I plan to help educate you on your curls and how to maintain them! Or, if your hair is not naturally curly but you wish it was, I can help create the perfect perm for you! Another specialty of mine is gel extension nails and nail art! One of my favorite things is to create designs and bring them to life! My main goal is to help you express yourself, however that may look to you <3

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
